This place is such a vibe. No exaggeration. Very clean, nice atmosphere & music. The food was absolutely delicious; as well as authentic. It’s literally a Monday at 2:30PM and everything was super fresh and hot! I’m still in shock (in a good way), I truly didn’t think any Mexican restaurant in the Reno area had it all together like this place does. Everything was perfect. 👌😍 Our waitress was super accommodating too. This will be our new go-to restaurant! Best torta I’ve ever tried too btw.

Love the food and love the vibes! It’s always a nice treat when Steve is working. That guy knows how to make a tasty Michelada. Anyways, a great experience when I’m in town. I’ll be back soon and hopefully Steven is back behind the bar!

The food was delicious! We had the three fish tacos, a Chile relleno, and a couple of their specialty burritos. I live in the central California Valley where we have great Mexican restaurants, but this place was much better than any of ours! Hands down-next time I'm in Reno and want Mexican, I'm going to Chihuahuas!

We went for a beer, and sat at the bar. Excellent service! Our server was very friendly, fun, and attentive. Can't rate the food because we didn't order any. Beer and chips/salsa were great!

"Distinctly authentic Mexican dishes, salsas, and sauces. The real deal. Best happy hour AND taco Tuesday in Reno/Tahoe/Carson. Always great servers and the bartender is terrific if you like to eat at a great bar. Also, the fired rockfish and shrimp tacos are sensational."
